In January 2014, Operation HighGround facilitated a wreath placing ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, DC to honor the fallen soldiers that were under the care of our military Chaplains. The wreath was placed by Ch. Gen. David Cyr, Air Force Retired, Executive Director of the National Association of Evangelicals Chaplaincy Commission (NAECC) and Ch. Col. Dr. John Schumacher, Army Retired.
