Rick Norling is a versatile and knowledgeable business professional with a proven record of performance and leadership in diverse business environments. He has skills that range from co-founding and managing a corporation in the building and environmental industry to increasing sales in the automobile service industry; over 400% in a two-year period through excellence in marketing and customer service. Rick grew up in the entertainment industry and continues to have strong ties which stimulate his creative energies. He masters a variety of media from music to video and was utilized as a consultant to the American Lung Association in the production of public education TV hotline shows.
Rick is a longstanding member of the Minnesota Chapter of the Patriot Guard riding his motorcycle at funerals of fallen heroes and supporting veterans, their families, and their communities.
Bill was also a Police Officer in the Hennepin County area of Minnesota for 16 years. His experience as an Officer included being the Liaison Officer for the Mound/Westonka High School, Crime Prevention Officer and DARE instructor.
Bill attended Normandale College (Law Enforcement Degree) Mankato University (business administration), Crown College (B.A. in Theological Studies) and Bethel Seminary (M. Div).
Reid Nelson comes with a background in Human Resources and Administration. He has worked under Ron Brovold for the past six years on the Military Chaplain training events, put on by I.M.F. Over the past three years he’s volunteered some of his time to work with Veterans in higher education. After finishing his time with the Minnesota National Guard. He comes with a passion for Veterans and Soldiers.
